The device behind it all

Stim2Go

A wearable, programmable 5-channel stimulator that does far more than FES cycling. Pair it with almost any cycle ergometer, use it standalone for functional training, or deploy it alongside tSCS protocols — all from an app on your phone.

What is Stim2Go

One device, many possibilities

Stim2Go is a programmable functional electrical stimulator made by Pajunk in Germany. It weighs around 200 g, sits in a small carry bag, and connects to self-adhesive electrode pads that you place on the skin over the muscles you want to activate.

Five independent channels mean you can stimulate multiple muscle groups at once — for example, both quadriceps, both hamstrings, and the gluteals during a cycling session. But those same channels can be reconfigured for entirely different tasks: upper limb strengthening, trunk stability, or targeted work on a single muscle group.

Everything is controlled through an iOS or Android app. You choose a pre-set programme or build a custom one, adjust the intensity to suit you, and start the session. The app also receives software updates, so as our understanding of stimulation protocols improves, your device improves with it.

What it can do

Four reasons Stim2Go is different

Most stimulators do one thing. Stim2Go was designed to adapt to what you actually need.

01

FES Cycling — for more people

Until recently, FES cycling meant buying a complete, integrated system. Stim2Go changes that. Because it is a standalone stimulator, it pairs with almost any cycle ergometer — including equipment you may already have at home or in a clinic. That lowers the barrier to entry and means more people can access FES cycling without the cost of a full system.

02

Functional training — limited only by imagination

FES cycling is one application, but Stim2Go's five independent channels can target any accessible muscle group. Use it for upper or lower limb strengthening, trunk stability work, or functional movement patterns. The programmes are fully customisable, so the only real limit is what you and your clinician want to achieve.

03

tSCS support — a medical device you can trust

Stim2Go is a CE-marked Class IIa medical device, manufactured by Pajunk in Germany. It can be used alongside transcutaneous spinal cord stimulation (tSCS) protocols, providing the precision and reliability that neuromodulation work demands. This is not a consumer gadget — it is built to medical device standards.

04

App-controlled — always up to date

The Stim2Go app runs on iOS and Android, giving you full control over stimulation parameters from your phone or tablet. Pre-set programmes get you started quickly, and custom protocols let you fine-tune as your needs evolve. Software updates arrive through the app, so your device stays current without replacing hardware.

In practice

How it works day to day

Place the electrode pads on the muscles you want to activate. Open the app. Select your programme — or create a new one. Adjust the intensity until the muscle contraction feels right. Start the session.

If you are cycling, the app coordinates the stimulation with the pedal rotation so your muscles fire at the right moment in the cycle. If you are doing functional training, you control the timing yourself or set the app to run automatically.

The whole system fits in a bag. You can use it at home, take it to a clinic, or bring it on holiday. There is no fixed installation and no permanent setup.

Who it helps

Is Stim2Go right for you?

Stim2Go is used by people with spinal cord injury, stroke, MS, Parkinson's, and other neurological conditions. It is also used by clinicians in rehabilitation settings who want a flexible stimulation platform they can configure for different clients.

Whether Stim2Go is right for your situation depends on your individual assessment. We do not recommend equipment without understanding your goals, your level of function, and your home environment first. That conversation is always free and there is no obligation.
